We offer a hassle free return 30 day return period for all orders. Items must be returned in the original packaging and in new condition. You may return your item for any reason within this time.

Our NO B.S. LIFETIME WARRANTY covers any defects along with normal wear & tear. Our warranty does not cover user damage to products.
All determinations of eligibility for warranty replacement will be made at our sole discretion.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges are available for the same item if the item(s) you received are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@ozarkarmament.com and we will assist you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning unwanted items. Items that are returned due to a defect will be issued a prepaid return label.
There are no refunds for shipping services due to missed fulfillment deadlines.
Items sold as blemished are not eligible for a refund. Blemished items are still covered by our NO B.S. LIFETIME WARRANTY.
