  1. Mount: place the carry handle on the upper’s Picatinny/1913 rail.

  2. Tighten: snug the thumbscrews evenly until secure (don’t overtighten).

  3. Check stability: verify there’s no wobble; re-snug if needed.

  4. Select aperture: small for distance/precision, large for close-range/low-light.

  5. Zero at the range: use the A2 windage and elevation dials to center impacts at your chosen zero distance.
